"The guided private sessions with Jocelyn were very powerful. She can stay with you - and help you stay with your process - wherever your felt sense, mind and imagination take you."

Jocelyn’s course on What Am I Hungry For? offered me opportunities to work on eating and body image issues.

Her course breaks down and de-mystifies Focusing, teaching it almost microscopically step by step, teaching us to stay stay stay stay with the body’s experiencing as it is.

This is the actual body and she teaches staying with its sensations as well as allowing for those sensations to launch one into greater meaning and understanding.

So in a sense the course is a primer for learning - or returning to - focusing in this very physically grounded way.

Her explanation and use of the concept of Tangles - super stuck interwoven issues - was very helpful. And as she referred to it throughout the course, I felt something get integrated about these Tangles, about living with them, working on them, that made that work seem possible to tackle.

I signed up for this course believing Food, weight, body image were my core issues/problems. Surprisingly, during the course I discovered deeper and more basic tangles for me to work on.

The guided private sessions with Jocelyn were very powerful. She can stay with you - and help you stay with your process - wherever your felt sense, mind and imagination take you. Even into well-hidden hiding places.
